The Firearm Purchase Program is located in the Florida Department of Law Enforcement Headquarters in Tallahassee, and is operational 363 days a year, including weekends and state/federal holidays, from the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Eastern Time. The Firearm Purchase Program is closed on Christmas Day and New Year's Day only.
